For returning items for a refund, the customer support team must be contacted within 14 days. Custom-made or personalized items cannot be refunded as they cannot be reused. For returns and exchanges, the company must be contacted within ten days. All items must be unused, unworn, in their original condition to qualify for returns and exchanges. Shipping fees are nonrefundable and return shipping charges are on the customer.
Goods lost in return transit are not the responsibility of the store. One must, therefore, use a reliable service with a tracking number when returning goods. In case one receives a damaged item, which is unlikely to happen, KraftyChix must be contacted within 77 hours of receiving the product with a picture of the damaged product.
