Esther offers free of cost shipping on all orders over $100. A flat rate of $7.95 is payable for shipping and handling if the order worth is under $100. Same Day delivery is also available within 4 hours for the orders placed between 8:30am to 3:30pm AEST and the service charges will be $12.95. For the international customers standard shipping will be provided for all the order over $150 and a flat rate of $12.95 will be applicable for all other orders under $150. Unfortunately you cannot alter your order once you have placed and confirmed it due to the reason that the warehouse team at Esther would have already started working on your order. You will only able to return the items under the Return Policy of the store.

You can return any unwanted items to Esther for your refund or a store credit and for this you have 30 days from the date you received your delivery if you need store credit. In case you need a refund then you have 14 days from the date of delivery. If you choose store credit you will get an extra $10 back to spend more. The items that are to be returned must be purchased at full price if you need your refund as for the discounted items only store credit will be issued. Items that are worn or are missing the swing tags plus the accessories are not returnable under any circumstances.
