They will accept returns and exchanges for items purchased online based on the following requirements. They will not accept a return or exchange if requested more than 90 days after the purchase. Express.com orders may be returned by mail, or, if shipped to a U.S. address, may be returned to any Express or Express Men store in the U.S. Express.com orders cannot be returned or exchanged in stores outside the U.S. or at Express Factory Outlet stores. Express.com cannot handle returns or exchanges of purchases made in stores. Shipping and handling fees are not refundable. Items with “Do Not Remove” tags must have tag still attached for refund or exchange.
Express provides you secure checkout. You will go to the store choose the item which you want to buy then add that item to your shopping bag, then click on the My bag icon, now you click on secure checkout. If you have already an account at Express.com, sign in with your username and password. If you are new customer then create new account and place your order.
First you register/login at Express.com and select your products, add them into the bag then finalize your shopping bag and click on the use coupon code box then enter valid discount code in that box and after this click on apply button.
