All standard deliveries will be made in 3 to 6 business days and express deliveries will be shipped in 1 to 2 business days. For express shipping option make sure that you place your order before 1pm GMT as all the deliveries are scheduled from Monday to Friday except local holidays, Saturdays and Sundays.s 

If due to some reason you are not satisfied with what you have purchased from Giuseppe Zanotti Design then you can return it and get your refund. The return facility is only available for online customers and not for the boutique customers. Note that you cannot return your online purchase on any of the brand’s boutiques as well. All returns are acceptable within 14 days from the date when the order was delivered. You can book your return on your date and the boutique’s courier will collect the returns from you on that day. For the purpose of return put your return in the original wrapping and place it within the original box. You will find the return label that has already been filled, affix this to the box or packaging and make sure to cover this label. 

The workmanship of all the merchandise from the brand, are guaranteed for 2 years. Within this period if you experience any manufacturing defects with your product then the boutique will repair or replace it for you at no cost.
