Both returns and exchanges follows the same rules and regulations which include the item must be bought from the Kule’s website and it must be original and unused condition and must contain the tags and original packing as well. For the full prices items you have 30 days while for the discounted items you have 14 days from the date of delivery to return or exchange. The final sale items will not be eligible for return or exchange. The return shipping must be the responsibility of the customer.

The returns will be processed as soon as they are received by the store. The issuance of refund or exchange will be done promptly as per the return and exchange policy. Allow 10 working days for the processing of the returns to transferring the credit to your account.
