You can redeem you coupons and discount codes after selecting the items you wish to purchase. On Payment Method Selection page you will see an input box titled Coupon code, enter your code here and select the payment option you wish to use and then checkout. 

You can pay your dues using Visa, American Express, MasterCard, Discover and PayPal. 

The deliveries are made anywhere within United States with a flat rate of $9.50 per order.  Multiple deliveries can also be accommodated however, the delivery fee for each delivery will be charged separately. All orders worth $59 or more will be eligible for Free Shipping. 

After confirmation of the payment the order is shipped and you can expect your order within 15 to 20 days. Toric lenses take 4 o 8 weeks to arrive at the store’s facility while others are restocked within a week’s time. 

If the courier company is in possession of your package then you should contact them directly. Nevertheless, after a certain amount of time the delivery will be returned if you haven’t been able to receive it. You can email Perfect Lens World and they will resend the order but the delivery charges will be at your expense.

Returns are only acceptable is you have received a defected item and you can only go for an exchange if you made a mistake while placing an order or your ophthalmologist has prescribed different lenses. The exchange price will be the original price of the product and replacement will only be done with the items of same value.
