If you are not satisfied with your purchase then you can send it back to WoolOvers within 3 months from the date of purchase within its original condition and packing. However, the discounted or sale items must be return within 14 days and this return policy is not applicable for hats due to hygiene issues. For the purpose for returning your items, please reuse the bag in which the items were delivered and write your request on the statement that comes with your order package. 

In order to make sure that your clothes last a life time, for the purpose of drying never use high temperatures and make sure that the detergent used is wool friendly. The spinning speed should be always around 600 revolutions per minute while to protect your garment from moths wrap your cloths in plastic bags or use mothballs while for pilling you can use Pilling Combs or you can remove it by plucking or carefully shaving your garment.
